Welcome to the website of the Kenosha church of Christ.

We are simply a group of men and women dedicated to seeking to know and follow God's way.

Jesus proclaimed, "I will build My church" (Matthew 16:18). We focus our efforts on being the church Jesus built by studying the Bible and accepting it as the inspired word and will of God (2 Timothy 3:16), and practicing those things the Bible requires of those who love and serve God (John 14:15, 21).

We rely on the Bible as the exclusive source of authority in all spiritual matters, and endeavor to be no more and no less than the pure and simple church we read about in the Bible...in structure, belief, and practice.

When we gather for worship each Sunday, we engage in those activities of worship authorized in the New Testament, striving to "worship in spirit and truth" (John 4:24).

• We remember and memorialize the death of Jesus by partaking of the Lord's Supper (Matthew 26:26-29; 1 Corinthians 11:23-29; Acts 20:7);
• We congregationally sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, without the aid of instrumental music (Ephesians 5:19; Colossians 3:16);
• We speak to our Heavenly Father in prayer (1 Timothy 2:8);
• We contribute as God has prospered us, so that the gospel of Christ can be spread and the work of the church can be carried out (1 Corinthians 16:1-2; 2 Corinthians 8:1-5; 9:6-9); and
• We hear a message from the word of God, designed to expand our knowledge of His will, strengthen and encourage us, and bring the message of salvation to those who seek it (Acts 20:7; Ephesians 4:11-13).

On Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings, we also hold Bible studies in classes for all ages. Our children are taught from a very young age to love and learn the Bible as God's word.

We are located at 4806 Green Bay Road, just four blocks north of the intersection of Highway 158 (52nd Street) and Highway 31 (Green Bay Road) in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
